- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have gone to this office 4-5 times in the last 5 years. Once for a physical and several more times for various temporary ailments. The wait time in the office has always been reasonable, even during flu season (the reason for one of my visits). A couple of times, I was not able to see a physician, but rather a nurse practitioner. Not my first choice, but both times they seemed to give good care, so I have no problems. On my last visit I saw a doctor, received prescriptions and instruction for my condition, and left satisfied. However, my condition did not improve within a week, so I called back and requested to speak to the doctor. I was directed to his nurse's voicemail and I left a message. I was surprised that she did not call back that day. I reasoned that she was busy and would call soon. After three days and still no call-back, I called the office again and was, again, directed to the nurse's voicemail. I left a second message with all necessary information. It's been over 1 month and the nurse has never called back. How can that be? Did she just decide that she does not want discuss my condition? I have no idea, because I cannot get in contact with her.
